It was on this day in 1966 that the Supreme Court handed down a ruling that said you have the right to remain silent after being taken into custody by police.  Its a right that O.J. Simpson could use because on this same day in 1994, he faced LA police about his ex-wife’s death. And this day in history saw three major events happening in 2008.
