Last night, Hollywood’s elite filled the theater for a glimpse of the real Iron Mike Tyson. Kanye, 50 Cent, and Bryant Gumbel visited Manhattan to witness the premiere of The Undisputed Truth; Mike Tyson’s one-man show.

With Spike Lee’s directorial assistance, the former heavyweight champion brings his act to the Big Apple’s legendary Broadway for a six night run. This is both Tyson’s and Lee’s Broadway debut.

The Undisputed Truth, written by Tyson and his wife, is heralded as an intimate look inside Tyson’s private and often turbulent life.  The show premiered at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas this spring to positive reviews. Unlike its Vegas counterpart, the Broadway show includes a musical component.

If we know anything about the resilient boxer and the famed director, it looks like Broadway is headed for a total knockout with this one!
