Michael Ealy hits the big screen again on September 21 with his new movie, Unconditional. Fresh off the success of Think Like A Man, the handsome blue-eyed actor takes on an emotionally challenging role in this powerful new film.
Unconditional was inspired by true events and is based on the life of “Papa Joe,” a man dedicated to helping underprivileged youth. The Christian-themed narrative is a story of redemption, courage, friendship, and faith.
The Common Law star told Vibe that he was attracted to the script because of its encouraging message. Ealy was given a chance to show vulnerability that we don’t often see, and notes that Joe was the noblest character he’s ever played. The talented actor researched the role by speaking with Joe along with his family and friends.
Unconditional arrives in theaters on September 21, 2012. Will you go see it? Leave your comments below.
