Quinnes “Q” Parker, is one of the founding members of the multiplatinum R&B group 112 (which has sold nearly 20 million albums plus millions of singles and ringtones worldwide), and he is credited for providing the sweet teen vocals in the group’s sound.  112 had great success with hits such as “Only You“, “Anywhere” and the Grammy nominated single, “Peaches and Cream“.   But now, @QParker112  has stepped out as a solo artist and taking on the music game as a ‘grown man!”  His debut album, “The MANual,”  features “a series of love lessons…from breaking it to making it.” The R&B singer & 6x-ASCAP winning songwriter sat down with Chirl Girl at V101.9 to discuss his new music , as well as his fitness calendars that advocate a healthy lifestyle.  Q also gave a special “shout out’ to “Black Girls Run!”  Listen below to hear part of the interview and find out the important lessons that Q Parker says that he learned as a teenager while working with the likes of  P.
