Beyonce and The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour struts into Time Warner Cable Arena this Saturday.

As tons of fans prepare for the sold out concert, we thought we’d get into the mood for a little B-time by going over some of the talented performers most iconic moments in the spotlight.

Check out our list! What’s your favorite Beyonce moment? Let us know! Leave your comments below.

#10 Now You See Them; Now You Don’t. That’s how the sudden replacement of original members, LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett from Destiny’s Child played out. No explanation—nothing. D.C. quickly replaced the girls with Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin—who by the way only lasted for about two minutes—and kept it moving. Destiny’s Child would soon become known for the disappearing acts of their members.

#9 Beyonce and Justin Timberlake Perform “Single Ladies” on SNL. Beyonce teamed up with Justin Timberlake and the cast of Saturday Night Live for this hilarious parody of her “Single Ladies” video.

#8 Lip-syncing at the Presidential Inauguration. Beyonce was at the center of a firestorm this past January for lip-synching the National Anthem at the Presidential Inauguration . She originally remained quiet when asked if her performance was live, but eventually came forward to admit that she did sing along with a pre-recorded track.

#7 Beyonce Performs at Half-Time of Super Bowl XLVII. Only a few short weeks after the controversy over Beyonce lip-synching during the Presidential Inauguration, Lady B regains her crown by delivering a show-stopping performance at Super Bowl XLVII. The energetic performance even featured a special appearance by Destiny’s Child group-mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

#6 Falling in Concert. Mrs. Carter proved that the show must go on when she took a tumble in Orlando. To everyone’s surprise the star didn’t miss a beat, but got right back up and continued performing.

#5 Beyonce’s Response to the Kanye West/Taylor Swift Debacle. Kanye West made the unforgettable gesture of running onstage during the 2009 VMAs and snubbing Taylor Swift to exclaim that “Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.” In an act of true class, while Beyonce was receiving her award for Video of the Year, she invited Swift back onstage to deliver the acceptance speech previously hi-jacked by West.

#4 The Birth of Blue Ivy. Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z welcomed Blue Ivy Carter on January 7 of 2012. The power couple rented the entire hospital floor to ensure privacy. According to The Daily News security cameras were taped over and hospital staffers were not allowed to carry their cell phones.

#3 Beyonce Announcing Her Pregnancy at the 2011 VMAs. Beyonce took to the VMA stage to announce her pregnancy to the world. The mother-to-be captured the crowd with an endearing performance of her hit “Love On Top”. Just in case the crowd missed her, “love growing inside of me” reference, the star gently rubs her growing baby bump at the end of her performance as further confirmation.

#2 Singing “At Last” at the Presidential Inauguration Ball. Beyonce serenaded the President and First Lady at the 2009 Inaugural Ball. The Grammy Award winning singer delivered a stirring rendition of the Etta James classic as the newly elected First Couple graced the dance floor.

#1 The “Single Ladies” Phenomena! It’s the video that spawned a thousand remakes, stirred up an irratic outburst from Kanye, created a new catch phrase along with sexy new dance moves, and encouraged brave curvaceous women everywhere to no longer be afraid to show a little skin. In 2008 Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” was everywhere, and for good reason. The video had a monumental impact on pop culture and remains a fan favorite until this day.

*Honorable Mention would have to go to Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Vacation in Cuba. Yet another example of restrictions applying only to “common folk”.
