‘I Am A Black Male In America:’ Part 5
Our investigation on black masculinity in America continues with the fifth installment in the ‘I Am a Black Male in America’ series. Inspired by the Question Bridge: Black Males exhibit currently on-going at the Harvey B. Gantt Center.
African-American males from in and around the greater Charlotte area gathered individually for candid interviews about the black male experience in the United States.
We seldom ever truly see ourselves as we are seen by others.
Today’s Chapter asks the question, “How do you think other black males view you?”
Join us all as we continue to explore the African-American male experience, together. Answer the questions for yourself and let’s start a dialogue. Leave your comments below.
If you have not had the opportunity to see the Question Bridge: Black Males exhibit at the Harvey B. Gantt Center do so today!
