I felt extremely honored, humbled, and blessed to be able to speak to an extraordinary group of young adults at Central Piedmont Community College for the 2014 Summer Bridge Program!
There are a multitude of 5K’s happening in the Charlotte area this summer as well as 10K’s and triathlons. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a savage sprinter, or just want to tire the kids out for a couple of days here is a small list of races offered through the Summer and into the Fall.
It’s Earth Day and as we focus on the beautiful planet that we call home, we are eager to find out how we can all do our part. Remember, if we save the earth now, we won’t have to live in harmful conditions later. Everyday we are harming our atmosphere and decreasing our chances of survival. Today in particular you will hear the phrase “go green” thrown around, but besides driving a smart car, or recycling what can we do to nourish the planet? Here are some tips on things you can do within your home to help create a friendly living environment.
The school year is coming to a close. So, the next big question is what to do with the kids? Charlotte and the surrounding areas hosts a number of camps for kids of all ages.
